With an ever increasing number of requests to provide a complete funeral package, it was a natural progression to offer this facility to the wider community and BCM Funeral Services evolved in 2008.
The business is a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors and therefore you have complete peace of mind in knowing that the service you will receive will be delivered with the utmost professionalism and integrity. We are also a recommended funeral director for the Natural Death Centre.
We can be contacted 24 hours a day and our experienced and caring team are able to offer both guidance and advice to help you create the best possible funeral for your loved one. Funeral arrangements are generally made at our premises in Crow Lane – normal office hours 09.30 – 15.30, however, as many families find it comforting to be in their own surroundings at this time and we are happy to come to your home for this purpose.

- Victoria Buck (Vicki) - Business Manager / Funeral Director
Victoria joined BCM in 2013. Working alongside the business owner, Victoria helps ensure the smooth day to day running of the business and supports all members of staff. As a Funeral Director, working in the funeral industry for over 10 years, Victoria has helped hundreds of families create a fitting celebration for their loved one’s life.
- Michael Collins - Mortuary Manager / Funeral Director
Mike has worked in the funeral industry for over 8 years and joined the BCM team in April 2016. Within his role he is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the mortuary on a daily basis and conducting funerals to the highest standard.
- Vicki Hayes - Principal Funeral Arranger
Vicki joined our team in September 2016 and has worked in the funeral industry since 2013. As a funeral arranger Vicki works closely with families to fulfil their wishes. Having recently graduated with a Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration through the National Association of Funeral Directors Vicki is now training as a Funeral Director.
- Jayne Mein - Funeral Arranger
Jayne joined BCM in October 2017. With over twenty years customer service and administrative experience Jayne is an asset to our funeral arranging team and our families.
- Nick Peters - Vehicle Manager / Funeral Service Operative
Nick has been with BCM for many years and maintains our fleet, ensuring that the vehicles are always in pristine condition. Within his role as Funeral Service Operative Nick assists in the day to day running of the mortuary along with performing ceremonial duties.
- Aaron Williams - Baker – Funeral Service Operative
Aaron joined BCM in February 2018. As a Funeral Service Operative Aaron assists with the day to day running of the mortuary along with performing ceremonial duties. Aaron is keen to learn all aspects of the funeral business.
- Stuart Boyle - Funeral Service Operative
Stuart is the newest addition to the BCM team and, having not worked in the funeral business before, wishes to expand his knowledge and pursue a career in all aspects of the funeral business.
We are a relatively small team and this allows us to provide total continuity, combined with a highly personal and tailor made service which in turn gives you the flexibility to have the perfect funeral for your loved one.
